- Virtual agent platform that resolves customer conversations via SOPs, with human experts in the loop for escalations.
- Built the production Meta/WhatsApp Embedded Signup flow and managed Meta App Review for business messaging and Instagram permissions.
- Designed Signal Escalations — a rule-based conversation monitoring system that flags issues needing human attention.
